A few days after her receipt of same, you will receive a Priority Mail Box filled with red white and blue "I Support Smokers' Rights" lapel stickers. Be sure to supply your snail mail address to her. Please send a little 'something extra' as a club donation if you can.
NEXT:
DOWNLOAD and Print copies of the 8-1/2 X 11" FLYERS which are applicable to your State.
For each of these NEW BAN STATES the flyers are asking 'pro-choice' citizens to participate in a month-long "SILENT PROTEST" - by simply wearing the lapel stickers anytime during January, starting with New Year's Eve!
The stickers will increase public awareness, increase our visibility as a disenfranchised group, and help us to identify each other!
The FLYER also invites folks to JOIN The Smoker's Club - for the purpose of forming an effective "pro choice" CITIZENS' LOBBY.
WHEN STICKERS ARRIVE:
Take a flyer and some stickers to your local tobacco suppliers - or other sympathetic business owners - and ask them to DISPLAY the flyer, and provide a few sheets of the lapel stickers to them. It's that easy! You will find that businesses who are affected by the bans will be especially sympathetic to the cause - and even eager to help! (You may want to leave a number to call if they need more stickers.)
IF YOU CANNOT GET LAPEL STICKERS:
Just distribute the flyers! They 'stand alone' well as a handbill. You can pass them along to the other smokers you meet, and encourage their membership in the club.
We think you will find the flyers to be very effective printed in Black and White - but they are even Better in Color!
